in photoshop use the free transform tool to resize a layer.
when holding ctrl ( or cmd ) while dragging a corner you can skew/distort the image..

that way you can create a perspective effect.

Nice, id be tempted to have the rest of the stationary more like the envelope. keep the green back to the edges and away from the logo.
